Meet the Founder
Hello! I’m Andre Ervin, the Founder of ‘Ervin Lab’, where I dedicate myself to helping individuals create holistic wellness in their lives through personalized coaching and a preventative approach to health. My passion for fitness and well-being started early, and over the years, I’ve combined multiple disciplines to offer a truly comprehensive approach to health.
I began my journey in martial arts at an early age, and the discipline, focus, and resilience I developed in those early years have shaped my values and approach to wellness. This foundation in martial arts eventually led me to explore other avenues of health, including yoga, strength training, nutrition, and behavior change, all of which now guide my philosophy at Ervin Lab.
